1.Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

• Only one account is permitted per individual, phone number, email address, and device.
• Accounts may not be transferred to or shared with any other party.
• Providing false or misleading information may result in account freezing and loss of balance.

3.User Account & Security

3.1 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your dewi188 account password and login credentials confidential. dewi188 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

3.3 Reporting Unauthorised Access

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

Minimum deposit is RM10. No maximum daily deposit limit is set for standard accounts; however, limits may apply depending on your account verification level.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per request. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15–60 minutes on business days. Withdrawals made outside of office hours may take up to 2 hours.

6.Betting & Gaming Rules

Odds may change before a bet is confirmed, and betting limits vary by sport category and market.

8.Account Termination & Suspension

8.1 Termination by User

You may close your dewi188 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing, please ensure all balances have been withdrawn, as dewi188 is not responsible for any balance remaining in an account closed at the user's request.

8.2 Termination by dewi188

Dewi188 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account without prior notice if:

• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct is detected.
• Registration information found to be false or incomplete.
• Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

8.3 Remaining Balance After Termination

For terminations resulting from a breach of terms, dewi188 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account, including deposited funds and winnings. For terminations arising from other reasons, any valid balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

9.Liability Limit & Disclaimer

Dewi188 provides its online betting platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical defects. To the extent permitted by applicable law:
